During the month of October in the year 1990, God began to speak to His servant, Sam Usman, then resident at suburb of Kaduna state in Nigeria called Kabala Doki.It was in the course of his heart felt search for the power of God in prayer and fasting, that the Holy Ghost told him and said "Son, today, I give unto you A POWER DEMONSTRATION MINISTRY" "As you go and demonstrate my power in the sight of men, as they see it, they shall be attracted back to their maker".
That moment, Sam Usman knew that it was time to prepare for a whole new approach to life and ministry to which he has been called of God. Sam remained under his senior pastor until his official send forth and was anointed for independent ministry. Immediately after which he move to another state and underwent practical experience of what it means to be in the ministry, this served as a priceless resources to him.
On his return from Osun state, he started what was then called Abundant Love Chapel in 1993 with less than 10 persons. He persisted through until 1996 when he relocated the church to the heart of the town and wonders started to happen through miracles, signs and wonders.
Today, POWER OUTREACH CENTRE a.k.a POWER DEMONSTRATION MINISTRIES headquarters at Kaduna state with cathedral capacity of over 800.
OUR MANDATE
Power Demonstration Ministries is a prophetic ministry with the mandate to carry out the preaching, teaching and demonstrating the power of God. 1Cor. 2:4. This is to be archived via the following mediums;
1 To put Gospel crusades around the world for the purpose of harvesting of souls for the master Jesus Christ.
2 To establish BIBLE INSTITUDE of MINISTERIAL EMPOWERMENT. This will serve as the training base for the Power Demonstration Mandate.
3 To establish or plant churches at places where the Holy Spirit shows us the need to do so.
4 This ministry is also mandated to establish kingdom based academic outfits for the mental development of kingdom world changers.
5 This mandate is also actively involved in running an NGO called HANDS OF LOVE.
THE CHURCH
Power Outreach Center is the church arm of Power Demonstration Ministries. This is where the family congregate every week to encounter God.
The church facility has the capacity to accommodate over 800 worshippers. The facility is structured with a beautiful architectural design.
Power outreach Center has galloped into different levels of blessing in recent times. Mind blowing testimonies of the wonderful works of God kept capturing the attention of people joining in worship from different part of the state.
This has resulted in the establishment of another branch of the church on the south side of the state. The church, as a result of great testimonies reported, has earned a fond name called 'The Last Bus Stop' meaning that you don't need to go elsewhere before you have a positive testimony. This is nothing but the power of God.
